 Mike is a great brand ambassador who has many years of experience competing at a professional level. His pro career began as a snowmobile racer and while he was reaching his goal of being one of the top racers, he suffered an injury during a competition which left him as an above knee amputee. Mike is not one to give up on his dreams so he set out to create a prosthetic leg to get him back in action. He did just that and returned to competing at the Summer and Winter X Games in both motocross and snocross (adaptive) and up to date has accrued 8 Gold Medals and 1 Silver. This makes Mike the highest decorated adaptive athlete in the X Games history. His latest accomplishment was winning Gold and Silver at the 2018 Paralympic Games in Pyeong Chang in Snowboarding for Team USA. Not only is Mike a very accomplished athlete, he has also developed his prosthetic company (BioDapt) into a successful company that has allowed many lower limb amputees get back into the sports they love and perform at the highest level, including the entire US Parasnowboard Team (lower limb class athletes).
