Matthew Leinart is a former American football quarterback who now works as a studio analyst for Fox Sports’ college football coverage. He played college football at the University of Southern California from 2001 to 2005. He was the starting quarterback for the Trojans in 2003, 2004, and 2005. As junior in 2004, he won the Heisman Trophy. Leinart played professionally in the National Football League for the Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, Oakland Raiders, and Buffalo Bills. Leinart signed a deal with the Pac-12 Network, making his official debut as a Studio Analyst on August 30, 2014. He is a recurring guest, via voicemail, on the Barstool Sports podcast Pardon My Take. Leinart was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame on December 5, 2017.
