 Born and raised in Detroit Michigan, where I started my health and fitness journey. started as a gymnast, turned parkour athlete. I was ultimately driven to move to Los Angeles to be a stuntman in 2017. Once I sunk my roots in I worked my way up to service and hospitality manager of a prestigious restaurant in West Hollywood. i knew it wasn't enough and I was meant for more. Finally, I started my own business personal training, and have been doing it ever since. I've Done everything physical from Ball Sports to swimming and diving, Gymnastics, to parkour and on August 17 of 2023, I ruptured my patella tendon. This injury Though devastating was a blessing in disguise. It finally helped me realize what i deem to be important and how I can further my sense of growth in the health and fitness industry I wanted to provide more than just counseling and guidance I want to cultivate a like-minded community so becoming a professional athlete while personal training utilizing my new positive outlook on life.
