He is a SAG-AFTRA actor and was a competitive figure skater when he was a teenager. Now, Getman, 49, is looking to return to the ice as an adult competitive figure skater to show that nothing is too difficult to achieve. Getman is looking for sponsorship to show that there is life after cancer, and to embrace life and the opportunities that are out there. He hopes to become a competitive adult figure skater and show that success comes at any age.
