Born and raised in Detroit Michigan, Kevin turned his sights on a career in Mixed Martial Arts when he was wrestling at Grand Valley State University. Currently training alongside MMA legends George St-Pierre and Rory MacDonald at the world famous TriStar Gym in Montreal, Kevin is the #8 ranked Lightweight in the world. After losing his UFC debut in 2014, Kevin bounced back to win four straight fights. His most recent victory was a dominating win over then undefeated phenom Gregor Gillespie in the 1st round of their fight at UFC 244 in New York City. Kevin was awarded the performance of the night bonus for this fight. Outside of the Octagon, Kevin is an avid gamer and big fan of both Call of Duty and Fortnite. He is also an avid cook and music fan.
