 I’m a performance-based fitness coach, adventure-driven freediver, and mermaid entertainer. My unique background blends athleticism, artistry, and aquatic sport — from strength, mobility, endurance, and lifestyle training on land to creative underwater modeling and mermaid performance below the surface. I specialize in connecting fitness, confidence, and body positivity across diverse audiences. Through social media, coaching programs, immersive events like underwater photogrpahy or retreat speaking, and creative collaborations— I bridge the worlds of fitness, freediving, and underwater art in a way that inspires movement, mindset, and self-expression. As I continue expanding into specialized training programs, and international creative projects, I’m building new spaces for athletes, adventurers, and ocean lovers to connect, grow, and explore.
