Why you should sponsor me for your next influencer campaign?
I became a competitive athlete at a very young age. I was 8 years old when i competed in my first swim meet, where I won my event. From there on I was a swimmer. I swam all through high school and went on to swim D1 with UW-Green Bay under coach Jim Merner. After college I came back to my swim club and swam in the United States Masters Swimming division, which I still compete in today. During high school, I was also a Track and Field athlete, competing in the 200m, 400m and 800m. I was a top athlete in all three events. My training program during school was 2 swim practices a day, lasting 2-3 hours per practice. Following the swim, we would move to dry land training, which involved running and weight training. When I was competing in Track, I would still be completing swim practice as well. Now in my adulthood, my training looks different. I am primarily focused on triathlon and 5K and 10K training. I have a weight lifting program that I follow 4 days a week. I spend 2 days a week in the pool getting in 3000-5000 yards per practice. I run daily, averaging 5 miles a day holding a 7:30 pace per mile. I cycle 3 days a week, averaging 13-15 miles per ride. I also practice yoga for 45 minutes to an hour 4-5 days a week. In the spring of every year, I train for a half marathon.
