I am passionate about athletics, health and mobility. I strive to constantly improve in every area of life, especially focusing on areas I know are my weaknesses. During high school and college I was a sprinter/hurdler and have currently been broadening my horizons to OCR, half marathons, Tactical Games, and Camp Gladiator. I got into obstacle course racing (OCR) about 4 years ago but tore my ACL soon after. The past few years have been a learning experience to overcome surgery and become a stronger and better athlete. Last year I discovered Tactical Games and am currently gearing my training to compete in that, as well as more strength based competitions in 2023.
