A long distance runner who has represented Great Britain over 10 times, as well as a 2018 Commonwealth Games 10,000m finalist for Wales. I have competed on both the track and cross country at European and World level. PBs of 9:04 (3000m), 15:30 (5000m), 32:38 (10000m) and 72:52 (HM). Multiple European medals and British Cross Country Champion (2019). Outgoing, fun and a people person. I strive to inspire others and keep it real with lifes ups and downs. Ultimately, I want to encourage others to enjoy the sport, whilst continuing to love it myself. My biggest goals within the sport include becoming one of the best ever athletes in the UK, whilst being competitive on an international level. The Olympics has always been my childhood dream, and Paris 2024 is where all my sights are now set.
