I’m 29 & I’ve been lifting weights since I was 16. I’m a father of three children & been competing since I was 19. I train at Bev Francis Powerhouse. I’m getting ready to compete at the USA’s in 4 days. My last recent show was 2018 NPC Atlantic States where I won the Men’s Bodybuilding Heavyweight class & the Overall.
