 Jala is a freshman, Division 1 Cheerleader for Tennessee State University pursing a degree in Business with an Entrepreneurship Concentration and a Spanish Minor. She was selected as a Visa Black Scholar and is excited to represent this elite program on her HBCU campus! In High School, Jala was on her varsity cheer team, varsity dance team, varsity golf team, a host of honor organizations as well as President of the National Dance Honor Society while also completing over 100 hours of community service. She is most proud of her ability to overcome 3 surgeries on her foot in High School to continue on to reach her dream of being a college cheerleader.
