About Irene Crowchild — golf athlete

Irene Crowchild is an Indigenous long-drive golf athlete and creator from Calgary whose content blends competition, sobriety, outdoors, and authentic lifestyle storytelling. She’s a strong fit for brands looking for a grounded, visually compelling partner with real community resonance and a credible wellness-forward voice.

Why you should sponsor me for your next influencer campaign?

Irene Crowchild is a Akīyīī Màk’ōdzà Dīnà (Two Spirit Person), Dene from Tsuut’ina Nation. She is the first Indigenous woman to compete & win at the Canadian National Ladies Long Drive Championships. She has taken the long road to get where she is today, spending over six years in active addiction. It’s hard to believe that anyone is capable of achieving the victories that Irene has experienced since attending treatment back in 2017. After a year and a half of sobriety, she won her first title at the Canadian National Long-Drive Championship in 2018. She then went on to win her second title in 2020. Irene is active in growing the game of golf - putting together youth clinics around the province & even traveling up to Northwest Territories to grow the game in small Northern communities as well. Throughout 2020 Irene will be attending golf tournaments, clinics, & lessons inspiring people with her story or wowing people with her swing. She also will be competing in a number of professional competitions before competing in the Canadian Nationals in Port Rowan, ON then afterward traveling to Nakagawa, Japan to compete in her first Professional Long Drivers Ladies World Championships! This is an exciting time for Irene, she will be competing with the world's best in the sport & it is an excellent time to support an up & coming Indigenous athlete. We hope to hear from you! Please take a look at Irene's socials & check out here website to access her contact form.
