I am a former collegiate athlete who excelled in long distance and always thrived off of challenge. When my eating disorder made me choose between health and fitness, I decided I needed to do this for me. I decided to take my athletic potential to the next level post college, so I got into CrossFit. I fell in love with feeling strong, fast, coachable, and unstoppable. It’s pushed my mindset and body to Limits I’ve never experienced and has made me fall in love with discovering the best athlete I can be.
