I find too often men feel the need to box themselves into predetermined stereotypes. Especially in the fitness world and as an athlete. Personally, I struggled with my sexuality, and gender identity, not because of fear to come out as gay later in life, but rather because I was confused by the boxes I thought I needed to fit into. I now offer a fresh voice as a health coach too, who also knows its okay to let loose. I bridge the gap between male fitness professionals & lifestyle experts.
