About Chase Winovich — retired NFL american Football athlete

Chase Winovich is a recognizable NFL personality and former University of Michigan standout whose Instagram presence blends football, motivation, and a clear love of music. He offers brands access to an engaged sports audience with authentic, high-energy content that feels personal rather than overly promotional.

Why you should sponsor me for your next influencer campaign?

Winovich grew up in Clairton, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School, where he played as a linebacker and quarterback. He received scholarship offers from multiple schools, including Florida State, Ohio State, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia. Despite being an Ohio State fan, Winovich committed to Michigan after making a meaningful connection with head coach Brady Hoke. Winovich started at Michigan as a linebacker and later switched to tight end. After gaining twenty pounds of muscle, he began to thrive as a defensive end for his final two seasons. In his 2018 SEC season at Michigan, Winovich earned All-American honors. Winovich was drafted by the New England Patriots in the third round (No. 77) of the 2019 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year deal, worth $3.83 million and a $997,312 signing bonus. Winovich made his National Football League (NFL) debut in the New England Patriots season opening victory against the Pittsburg Steelers on September 8th, 2019. In week 2 against the Miami Dolphins, Winovich recorded 1.5 sacks in the Patriots victory, and was named Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for his efforts. Following a sack against the Washington Redskins on October 6th, Winovich had scored at least a half-sack in four straight games, tying a team record for a rookie. He then proceeded to score his first career touchdown when he returned a blocked punt by Brandon Bolden against the New York Giants on October 10th, 2019. Chase is already following in the charitable footsteps of many fellow Patriots players by raising more than $300,000 for the ChadTough Foundation in honor of former Michigan coach Lloyd Carr’s grandson, who died at the age of five from an inoperable malignant tumor in the brain stem.
