Bones Adventure Racing has been competing internationally and competitively since 2001. We placed 5th in New Zealand’s iconic Southern Traverse that first year, and then followed it up with a 9th place finish at Eco-Challenge Fiji, and a 7th place finish at the inaugural Primal Quest in Telluride, CO in 2002. Since then, we have traveled the globe, with top-10 finishes in Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia, and North, South and Central Americas. We’ve been fortunate (and resilient) enough to have competed on six continents and in over 50 expedition length (3-9 day) races. In 2018, we’ve got a busy schedule. The first race of the year will be in beautiful Belize at the Maya Mountain Challenge. The ARWS race in Bend, Oregon will then test our technical mountain skills. In September, we’ll be competing in our 8th Primal Quest, located in Squamish, BC. Our finale will be the ARWS Championships on the remote and distant Reunion Island.
