Hall He holds almost every quarterback record for Bowie State and is ranked highly among potential 2019 NFL candidates. In 2018, Hall led the Bulldogs to a second consecutive berth in the NCAA Division II playoffs and a first-round win, in what was the most successful season Bulldogs Football history. He set new CIAA All-Time Records during the 2018 season, becoming the league’s All-Time Passing Touchdown Leader (102) and CIAA All-Time Passing Yards Leader (11,071), led Division II in Passing Yards (4,152), ranked 4th in NCAA Passing TD's (31), 3rd in NCAA Passing Yards Per Game (319.4), finalist for the Harlon Hill trophy (2018), Doug Williams Offensive Player of the Year Award (2018), finalist for the Black College Hall of Fame Football Player of the Year Award (2018) and was invited to the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.
