I'm a Greek-American, marathon open-water swimmer passionate about fitness, balance, and all things in and on the water. This past year, I swam the width of Lake Tahoe, Nevada as a solo marathon swim and accompanied the youngest female swimmer in the world to ever complete the Catalina Channel - one of seven of the most dangerous swims in the world. I'm also a gym-rat, as they like to call it, and food & lifestyle conscious.
