Throughout her 26 year Martial Arts career Alexandra has achieved 4th Dan Black Belt in Karate Shotokan, is IJKA 2017 Triple World Champion, FSKA 2017 Double Vice World Champion and NEIO Female Grand Champion in 2020. Alexandra is part of the British Army Karate Team, KKO GB Team and SKCE – Shotokan Karate Centre England squad competing at regional, national and international level, proudly representing England. Alexandra also runs her own Shotokan Karate club in Oxted, Surrey, Legacy Karate. Additionally she runs Self Defence workshops for schools and companies and is a qualified Personal Trainer.
