About Steve Young — retired NFL american Football athlete

 Steve Young is a former American football quarterback who played in the NFL. He played college football for Brigham Young University, where he set school and NCAA records and was runner-up for the 1983 Heisman Trophy. In the NFL, he played for Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Los Angeles Express before signing with the San Francisco 49ers. In 1992 and 1994, he was named the AP's NFL and the Super Bowl XXIX Most Valuable Player where he finished the season with a 112.8 passer rating. When he retired in 1999, Young became an analyst for sports programs, and he also worked as a motivational speaker. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005.
