I am so thrilled to be running the NYC Marathon for Shatterproof, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to reversing the addiction crisis in the US. Recently running the LA marathon was a pivotal moment in realizing how beautiful & full my life is today thanks to my sobriety. Coming up on 3 years sober, I understand the critical importance of treatment, community & a removal of the stigma of addiction to recovery.
