Phil Handy is an American basketball assistant coach of the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and player development trainer. He played college basketball at University of Hawaii, and then played professionally abroad before starting his career in coaching. Prior to his time with the Los Angeles Lakers, Phil served as an assistant coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Toronto Raptors, where he won the 2019 NBA Title.
