ย OWT started in 2019 years ago with 28 teams hosted in Rockford, IL. 2022 brought 62 teams to the event which was the largest two year college women's volleyball event in the country. 2023 will host 71 teams, making it the largest women's college volleyball event (NCAA is 64 teams) OWT has NJCAA division's I,II, & III participating from 14 NJCAA regions and 17 states. The Big Ten conference hosts a line judge & scorers certification on site and the PAVO hosts camp & clinic for professional development of referees. This event has given back more than $16,000 to local high school and college programs as fundraiser efforts for their assists in table and bench help.
