 My name is Vosean Joseph , and I am reaching out as a high school football coach at Miami Norland Senior High School and a former NFL player and coach. Football has shaped my life both on and off the field, and today my passion is giving back by mentoring and developing young men through the game. At Miami Norland, our football program is about more than wins and losses. We focus on discipline, accountability, academics, and leadership — values that prepare our student-athletes for success long after high school. Many of our players come from hardworking families, and community support plays a critical role in providing them with the resources they need to compete safely and confidently. We are currently seeking local sponsors and partners to help support our program with necessities such as equipment, uniforms, training resources, travel expenses, and team development initiatives.
