 My name is Lauren and I am 27 years old. I am a former D1 College Tennis Player where I reached a career high of #1 in the nation, winning two National Championships at University of Florida. I then turned pro on the WTA tour and reached a career high of #230 in the world in singles. I retired 16 months ago (2016) and am currently the Pepperdine Women's Tennis Assistant Coach. We reached a career high of #1 as a team last year in the rankings and had 1 girl in the finals of the NCAA Championships. I take pride in fitness and nutrition and have a strong passion for being a role model and mentor to upcoming athletes that want to be successful. Finding the right products and supplements for my team and my clients is one of the most important and fun things I like to do. I believe nutrition and fitness is a huge role in becoming the best you can be. I run my own online Fitness Coaching business through Social Media as well as my regular job at Pepperdine.
