Kirby Kali Yates (born March 25, 1987) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Atlanta Braves of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played in MLB for the Tampa Bay Rays, Los Angeles Angels, New York Yankees, and San Diego Padres. He made his MLB debut in 2014, and was an All-Star in 2019, when he led the National League in saves. Kirby is an easy-going Hawaiian native from Kauai that embodies the Aloha spirit. He is a loving father and husband that enjoys playing with his dogs, and golfing.
