He has featured on the coaching & management staffs of the West Indies, Pakistan, Bangladesh & England professional Cricket Teams for 36 Test Matches, 106 ODI's & 28 T20 Internationals, including two ICC Fifty Over World Cups & an ICC T20 World Cup, an ICC Asia Cup, an ICC Champions Trophy & an Asian Games. Julien is a member of ABCA, "American Baseball Coaches Association" & ECB CA, "England & Wales Cricket Board Coaches Association" He also acts as a consultant for companies wishing to enter either the global cricket market, or the US baseball market, or both and is the creator of Switch Hit 20, a USA based concept helping former professional baseball players transition into professional cricket as a new career.
