
Jacob Tanner Diekman (born January 21, 1987), is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played for the Boston Red Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, Texas Rangers, Arizona Diamondbacks, Kansas City Royals, and Oakland Athletics. Diekman is hard-working and humorous both on and off the field. He founded the Gut It Out Foundation in 2017 to benefit Crohn's and colitis patients. He is a loving husband and father, and enjoys college football and golf.
