There is no other conference out there for basketball coaches like the Head Coach Training Center®! Whether a coach’s goal is to obtain a first-time or new collegiate Head Coach position, HCTC focus on off-the-court development by teaching coaches strategies to obtain a coveted Head Coach position and be successful in that role. Current Head Coaches will share stories about their individual career path and unique strategies to becoming and succeeding as a Head Coach. HCTC will also feature collegiate Athletic Directors, other athletic administrators, search firm executives, and industry leaders who will share with attendees their perspective during the search process and how coaches can thrive in pursuing and excelling in a Head Coach position.
