We are a 3-person student-led engineering senior design project at Cleveland State University. For our project, we are to prepare a car to race in the "24 Hours of LeMons" road course endurance race. This is a national race where teams come from all over the country to participate in a weekend of racing. Racing is from Saturday to Sunday with about 12 to 16 hours being actual race time. Cars and drivers must be up to safety standards along with other requirements in order to be able to race.

Genisys Credit Union, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has done something most brands never do with athlete sponsorship: it kept renewing. What started as a single partnership with Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta has become a multi-year, two-athlete program that Genisys has renewed and expanded every season since 2024, adding Lions wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa in 2025 and renewing him again in 2026.
