Her team, the San Juan Sirens, won the National Rafting Championship in 2017 to qualify for the 2018 IRF World Rafting Championship, taking place on the Rio Alumine in Argentina, in November 2018. Teal Attended the 2017 IRF World Rafting Championship as a member of the 2017 U23 Women's Team.
