I was an obese 16 year old boy 4 years ago. But then everything changed when I decided to be a MMA fighter. I started training and in the first month I lost about 10 kilograms. It's been 4 years now since I've been training. I've lost about 25 to 30 kilograms now and have won 3 out of 5 MMA fights, one kickboxing fight and participated in a couple of bjj ( Brazilian jiu-jitsu ) tournaments. ( I was about 80 kilograms and now I am about 53 54 kgs )
