Since his All-American career at Notre Dame where he caught 157 receptions for 2,707 yards with 26 touchdowns and won the Fred Biltenikoff Award, Golden has excelled both on and off the field. Drafted in the 2nd round by the Seattle Seahawks in 2010, he was apart of the memorable winning touchdown that led the Seahawks to win the Super Bowl in 2013, only then to go on and have an amazing season with his first year on the Detroit Lions. He was named Pro Bowler for the 2014 season and currently has a career 445 receptions for 5,416 receiving yards and 29 touchdowns . Off the field, Golden Tate and his wife are very passionate about their non-profit, the Golden Future Foundation, where their mission is to enhance the lives of American Heroes and their families.
