All-American, Derek Barnett (Defensive End, University of Tennessee) is a Top 5 NFL Draft Prospect. Pro Football Focus projects Derek as the fourth overall pick. Derek became the first true freshman defensive lineman to start the season opener in Tennessee history. He finished the season with school true freshman records of 10 sacks and 20.5 tackles for loss, while breaking Jadeveon Clowney's SEC freshman sack record, which had previously been eight. Derek made 10, 10 and 13 sacks in his three years at UT for a total of 33 that broke late Hall of Famer Reggie White's school record, in only 39 games.
