Raymond is a former Arkansas Razorback All - SEC track and field athlete. After a few years of living on boats, tents, and a van while traveling around Europe, Raymon made his way back to Austin and has decided to give running another "go." In the process, he has won numerous road races, was 3rd in the Capitol 10,000 which has over 20,000 finishers and is the 3rd biggest 10k in Texas. Currently, Raymond is on his search for a sub 4 minute mile at major domestic track meets with high exposure. He's had a blurb written about him on both Flotrack and Citius Mag, the two most prominent running magazines. His compelling story of currently living in a van while pursuing his dream attracts a coule hundred likes on Facebook when he gives an update and makes for a very marketable and personable athlete. Because road running and a lot of track and field does not have restrictions on logo placements (sans the US National Championships), Raymond is effectively a billboard at any major road race he goes to as he will consistently win and finish in the top 5 of races.

Genisys Credit Union, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has done something most brands never do with athlete sponsorship: it kept renewing. What started as a single partnership with Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta has become a multi-year, two-athlete program that Genisys has renewed and expanded every season since 2024, adding Lions wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa in 2025 and renewing him again in 2026.
