Pierre Strong Jr. is a 5'11, 205 lbs running back who played collegiately at South Dakota State University. Prior to enrolling at South Dakota State, Pierre was one of the best high school football players in all of Arkansas during his days at McClellan High School where he earned All-State honors three times, and was named as the Class 5A Offensive Player of the Year. As a freshman in 2018, Pierre was recognized as the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Freshman of the Year after notching his first of three 1,000 yard rushing seasons. His sophomore year encore once again had him lead the team in both rushing yards and touchdowns while being named to his first All-MVC First Team and the AP All American Third Team. This season as a senior, Pierre cemented his place as one of the top running back prospects in the 2022 NFL Draft; leading the conference in rushing yards, rushing touchdowns, rushing yards per game, and yards per carry. He’s the only running back in the league with over 1,000 yards and 10+ TD's. With Pierre's dominance on the collegiate level, he climbed up the career rushing list at South Dakota State where he currently ranks third in school history. Pierre was selected by the New England Patriots in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
