 The Carolina Panthers selected Josh with the 143rd pick of the 2012 NFL Draft after playing college football for the Costal Carolina Chanticleers. While with the Chanticleers Josh was named to the All-Big South Team in 2009, 2010, and 2011 as well as a First Team AP FCS All-American in 2011. Despite being a walk on for the Chanticleers Josh was still a national standout landing himself a spot on the 3rd AP All American Team in 2009. Thanks to a remarkable performance in the East West Shrine game and a decorated college carrier Norman was the 3rd player in Costal Carolina history to get drafted into the National Football League. Since getting to the league, Norman has put up quite the extensive resume. During the 2014 season is when America really started to get a glimpse of the talent that Norman has. However, it wasn’t until 2015 that he would be recognized as one of the most elite corners in the league due to him singly handily shutting down some of the leagues top receivers. During the 2015 season quarterbacks had a passer rating of 54.0 when throwing towards Norman’s way, the lowest of any corner in the NFL.
