I am committed to the grind and growth that comes with all levels of fitness. I take great pride in not only pushing myself beyond my limits but encouraging others to reach beyond theirs as well. I am a marathon runner on my own time, chasing the high of speed, and I am also a fitness instructor teaching anything from indoor rhythmic cycling to high intensity interval work. My goal is to inspire others to add just another 1% to their effort each day and reach deep into their soul for that extra edge!
